I can't deadlift, bench or squat right now with only one good arm but I sure as hell can still lift a mean kettlebell. Most people would think I was crazy to try a ten min set with one arm but I never professed to be normal or ordinary. I have seen it done before so I will just have to keep it light, after all I don't want to injury my only good arm. I was hoping to do a 5 min set since I injured my shoulder but found out today there will be no 5 min sets at this competition. I will just do what I can do in 10 mins for a fun competition to keep me active, as long as I'm not recovering from surgery on October 24th.
