2 Min sets of the following moves

Kettlebell Swings

Clean and Jerk x 3

Snatches x 3

Swing/Snatch Combo

1 Min sets of these moves:

Drop Squat/Swing Squat Combo (great finisher) x 2

Double Swinging Rows superset into Highpull x 2
