8 Outlaw Kettlebell enthusiasts tonight including myself  a full house of sweaty ladies tonight.  We are 8 weeks out from the Agatsu Kettlebell competition, October 24th in Toronto. Some of us have revised our goals for this competition, that's the great thing about a Kettlebell competition, lots of different choices !

Tonights training was a bit modified for me, I did some alone training first before the team got here, then I coached and joined in some team training, all fun and sweaty in a good Monday night session!

Tonight I ran the clock for 10 mins, everyone did their sport set or alternate training, snatches, long cycle, great set working on technique, some wanted to see where they were at in terms of finishing their 10 min set.

 

2 Min Assistance move set Heavy Cleans and Heavy Jerks I stuck with a 2 min set of snatches just using my left arm.

 

 

2 Min squat sequence 30 sec drop squat/30 sec sumo squat/30 sec swing squat x 2 rounds

 

 

I need to mention that Cathy is not training to compete, she is training to get stronger and healthier, her training consisted of these moves for time.

Also proud of Tom who wasn't here tonight but is an Outlaw in training and completing his training on his own tonight ! Our token male for this competition, Tom is loving his new found passion, Kettlebells.
