Opener for bench is still up in the air but that will be decided on meet day depending on how I am feeling. Either 160 or 170 will be my opener. I have numbers (or numbers within a range) in mind to hit my goal total of 900.

Todays goal was to hit my expected opener for a single or double. 170 felt easy, so went for another single. Switching to Oly shoes for squat and bench have made such a huge difference this training cycle, and will continue to use. I say that because this will be my first meet not lifting in chucks (with the exception of deadlifts).

Casey has been such a huge supporter and help this training cycle. We work well together but also annoy each other at times, but somehow we make it work and make a great team. Mike also helped with implementing some strongman training in the beginning of my training cycle (first 4 weeks or so), so when I do decide to transition back, it won't feel so foreign to me.
