Today was my final deload.  I worked up to 50% ish in all 3 lifts.  All the recovery work and rolling has done served me well.  Legs feel fresh and my back twinge is good to go.  My elbow is still tender but it's better then it was.

After doing 335, 250, and 365 in the 3 lifts I did a bunch of rolling and mobility work.

I.....

rolled my legs,

theracained my glutes and upper back

hit my arms and lats with the stick

walked down the hallway for 100 steps all over the place with the sling shot hip circle

stretched the entire body briefly

and took that awesome selfie!

done.

I weighed my self after work before I hit the gym. I was 266 even.   1.5 lbs out 6 days out is pr for me.  I'm usually in the 5-8 lb range and started my water load or carb depletion.  I'll take 1.5 any day.

Ill hit hit one more mobility and recovery day on Thursday to wrpas things up.
