Last Monday was a shirt bench day at Apollon.
I wasn't sure quite what I was getting into because the triple band session the previous day had taken a toll on my elbows and shoulders. The goal was to work up to and touch an opener range bench in my shirt.
Warmed up to 315 raw (which I took on a 3 board due to the pain) and went:
405 - 3 board
495 - 2 board
545 - 1 board
600 - touch
The 600 touched well and glided up into lockout nicely.
I didn't do much after that because I get my time was better spent resting. I was in a lot of pain, but very happy about how the day went.!
