Sunday was a circa-max session at Apollon.
The plan was to take around 25% of our maxes in bar weight, with what was probably around 500lbs or so of band tension. In this case, it was 2 strong bands and one average.
I wound up working with between 200 and 240 lbs for 6 work sets to a parallel box.
Despite the actual bar-weight being low, this was TOUGH! Next week we will actually be working up to a max with the same band tension. To say that I'm a little apprehensive about this is a vast understatement, lol.
Didn't do a ton of assistance because I was already a little fried. Just a few sets of reverse hypers and cable pull-down abs
