Max lower training was very positive. Close stance 10 rep max. 225x10

Everything felt good. Finally! Fill that void to become better and let the busy NESS leave your mind. It never leaves you disappointed.

The rest of the training included:

  1. Russian split squats 4x10
  2. Wide stance leg press 4x20
  3. seated leg curls 3x20
  4. leg extensions 3x20
  5. Glute brides 3x25

2nd lower training of the week: dynamic/conditioning

  • 1/4 mile sled drag- 1 plate on new blacktop. Felt like 5 plates with sticky hot tar .....=bad idea

5 rounds of circuit training:

  1. 20 KB swings
  2. 10 performance wall squats
  3. Single leg squats (to the best of my ability.)

Abs : straight leg Sit UPS 50 continuous.

Train Hard.

Learn to be discipline. But first be consistent.
