Training at 9pm has been the normal lately. I don't like it but at least it gets done and the gym isn't very busy. My day was almost a 16 hr day before I hit the gym. Generally when I'm updating my training its on the 17hr of my days. Sorry if my lack of updating is frustrating to get keep up with, however this is real life.  I am a Middle class citizen working 2 jobs and going to school on top of countless injuries to hold together. On top of EVERYTHING I fit in 4 training days , as well as volunteer at animal shelters. This is what living is all about. Giving it your all and not expecting anything in return.

Training session:

Warm up 10 min bike - hip/ham stretch mobility

  1. Extensions/ham curls 4x25
  2. Hip abd/adduction 4x25
  3. Single leg press 4x20
  4. Lungs bodyweight 4x10
  5. Variation of pistol squats 4x20
  6. Single leg stiff deadlift 4x8

Abs weighted crunches 4x25
