Warm up : wall sits 30sec/ bosu ball step ups 10 per/ glute bridges 25 (4 rounds)

  1. single leg press 3x30
  2. single leg stiff deads 3x20
  3. reverse hypers 4x20
  4. narrow stance leg press 4x40
  5. seated leg curl 3x25
