I'm a bit behind on my logs I apologize and trust me I'm the first one who hates excuses but  a brand new Grandbaby, helping my daughter for three days then a full weekend Powerlifting meet handling my hubby and friends trumps my logs. I did get some training in last Thursday so here it is, and this was after a 3 hour car drive home. Legs needed a good stretch !
