These are tough when you like to lean over so far while squatting. Which is what I've done t avoid knee pain for years.... ok decades. Now I squat with hardly no pain at all.  Let's work these legs to their potential. Sadly I'm not strong at these but my goal is to train with 225 for speed sets.
