Today was meant to be a bench deload day. I dropped the ball though and forgot that the 7 year old had a concert recital for school. I ended up deciding to push my bench day to Thursday and just totally taking the week off from squatting and pulling. As I have put my self back in meet mode I am finding my right glute and piriformis is acting up and causing some knee issues. Nothing major. Just discomfort. I assume it's my knee any way. I'm a senior program manager for a day program that works with adults with disabilities so I'm not an expert on knee issues but I am pretty descent at the manager and supervision thing. I decided I needed to move up in the world and I applied for a new position at a new agency. I currently manage a day program that focusing on employment I lead a team of 18 staff to help 100 people or so a year reach their employment goals. I like my job but I want to be an executive director one day though and I need to continue to grow my skills. To do so I applied for a director and leadership level position. I had my interview last week and I'm hoping my efficiency at interviewing is much better then my efficiency at diagnosing knee issues. Fingers crossed!!
