After being sick I finally made it to the gym to train.
Still feeling heavy from dehydration, light shoulders and cardio was the only thing I felt up too.
With a little 5 pound weights: 100 lateral raises continuous reps/100 front raises
Mini band pull apart 3x50 reps
Seated hammer strength shoulder press : 4x20
10 min on the stepmill
100 stability ball crunches
20min of stretching
Much needed session even though it wasn't much I felt 50% better than when I walked in.
