I've had some back issues over the past few weeks to the point I wonder if it is a minor issue or something actually pretty bad. I have spend a lot more time warming up and doing mobility work before I squat or pull and it has been feeling a little bit better, I am just nervous to push it.

SSB squats with 80 lbs in chain: I stayed with the ladies in the crew and still treated every rep like it was heavy.

The chains were on for all sets.

95lbs x5
115x5
135x3
145x3

115x5 pause squats x 3 sets

Hamstring curls x 100 total reps

I could feel my back tightening up a little bit, but all in all I didn't feel too bad. I will baby it a little bit for the next week or two before seeing where I am at, while still trying to train my upper back and hamstrings hard .
