Not a whole lot to report here.

Training is pretty much shut down, and I was just in the gym to help out my training partners. After their real work was done, I did 4 sets of 15 lat pulldowns, 4 sets of 15 on the pullover machine, 4 sets of 15 rope triceps extensions 4 sets of 20 dumbbell shoulder raises and 4 sets of dumbbell biceps curls.
