Comp grip deads, I pulled 495 lbs for five sets of 3 - I used straps my hands are trashed taking six months made them soft.

What I wrote in my log speed is getting better and so is the aggression, so hopefully, I start feeling stronger soon. This whole reset thing is a real mind fuck.

Squats

I hit 535 for five sets of 3 and only used sleeves; my knee has been tweaked I felt like a wrap would compromise the healing. These felt good.

The belt high and tight (6/7 holes) seems to be the magic right now. I also moved my hands out a couple of inches; I feel like I can get my upper back set tighter like that. I wrote keep pushing knees out; I'm trying to keep it all quad for some reason, which has to change.

Hell of a day

Overall, it was the first time squatting felt good/easy. I keep hearing it'll come back fast, boy it sure doesn't come back quickly enough.
