This log isn't about training, it's a special Happy Anniversary to My Husband, My Best Friend, My Soul Mate, My Coach, My Training Partner, My EliteftsTeam Mate Ken. If you are lucky enough to find someone you have a few things in common with then you are lucky. To have "Everything" in common with someone is "Special", "Unheard Of" and just plain "Awesome" ! Ken and I don't just train and lift together, we have had 16 wonderful years of life together and we are just getting started, can't wait to see what the next 16 years bring !

You see, if there is love and passion then there is a way.
Ken and I are very fortunate, we support each other no matter what, we don't always agree on everything but at the end of the day what matters is you are there for each other. We are so fortunate to have the same interests and they may not always be there at the start but if one partner shows enough interest and passion in something that means a lot to them the other partner will soon follow. I mean I know what Ken is thinking before he thinks it ( he calls me CIA) !
Sometimes I believe in fate, don't get me wrong, we have had our ups and downs, more so than I want to remember but what out weighs those times are the good times, the memories, the day to day things you do as a couple to help each other. If you are fortunate enough to have someone to share the same interests, the same common goals in life then you will (as Dave Tate says) do whatever it takes to make it work. You will make sacrifices for the other partner, we all make sacrifices whether it's for our kids, family, or work, why not with your partner.
Compliment your partner, kiss them hello, goodbye, good night, never go to bed mad and love them unconditionally.
Ken and I were married in Las Vegas, Aug 21, 1999. The best trip ever, I would do it over again in a heart beat.
These pictures I shared show how people change, the hair, the weight, the wrinkles, but at the end of the day the love only grows strong(her), at least in our house.
Happy Anniversary Ken, I love you !
