Do I  wish I could train my legs as hard as I used to? Yes I would love to destroy my legs and make them stronger but I can't without massive swelling and the chance of not being able to train the following week. So this is what I do instead.

  1. single leg squats body weight 4x20
  2. leg press slow descend explosive press 4x10
  3. leg curls 4x20
  4. stiff dreads 5x15
  5. reverse hypers 3x30
  6. weighted crunches 4x25
