Still battling my horrible left knee. I can do light stuff without it getting super inflamed but it will not tolerate squatting at the moment. Dang it!
- Single leg press 4x20
- Single leg stiff deads 3x12
- Step UPS to a short box. Body weight only 3x25 ( concentrated on pushing thru the heel and big toe)
- Bike 10 min
- Calf raises 4x20
- Wall squat holds 4x45 seconds
- Ab planks 3xfailure
