Meets is getting closer and this is the most of I have competed in years. I'm hanging in there. Its always a good sign that your ready to compete when your just sick of training.

Today I wanted to train but not what was on the list. I went a little off the plan.

Instead I wanted to move in a athletic way. As much as my body would allow.

The off agenda:

  • KB swings 1min  on 2min off 4 rounds
  • Single leg reverse hyper 4x20
  • glute bridges 4x25
  • Manual treadmill push 30 sec on 30 sec off
  • plank holds 30 sec, hollow holds 30sec 6 rounds
