Started off the day with an 18-mile bike ride, in the heat- it was a scorcher.

Biked and did some chores and had a few meals, then trained legs.

These three movements were done as a "giant set."

Stiff legged sandbag deadlift 75lbs for 12

right into

Step ups 30 seconds each leg

right into

Seated hamstring curls (choked a band around a dumbbell on the rack and sat on a bench with the band around ankles) for 30 seconds

This was done for four rounds with about 30/45 seconds rest between rounds.

The second Giant set was

75 lb med ball squats for 12 reps

right into

leg ups (laying flat place a band on foot attached to a dumbell and raise leg) for 30 seconds each leg

right into

Leg extensions with a plate and a quarter also had someone apply manual resistance in different areas of the moment; these had me shaking BAD.

Again like the first "set," this was four rounds with minimal rest between each.

Finished up with some inductor adductor work- these are harder than you'd think, not hard as in the work was heavy, just the burn- I need more work in these areas.
