Once again, the morning started with some weirdo back vudoo spinal shit.

After that spiritual experience, we started with wall squats with a kettlebell, for a 12 rep, 5-minute cluster.

Single leg box squats- each leg, done one at a  time for six reps (cluster)

Lying leg raises (one leg at a time) for 12 reps on and off for 5 minutes (cluster)

Same thing as above just on my side same reps and time scheme.

As a finisher we biked ( six minutes) to a hill and did ten minutes of walking up and down the hill, it was a steep and grassy hill, with no beaten path- challenging

These bw workouts have been great and challenging even; I'll soon see how they carry over as I'm about two weeks away from getting back to the big three.
