First lower day back at NBS, nice to finally be back with specialty bars and louder music. Falling back into old habits and not reading program properly, the main movement was all supposed to be done on a box, figured it out for main working sets. The main focus during training is still, focusing on solid muscle contractions, I have been told and now see where I "throw" the weight. This is something I believe most powerlifters do when they enter this phase of training. Imagine if "we" were able to learn these contractions and then transition into putting them all together during a compound movement, it would be wonderful!

I did not record the lunges at the end cause - screw you guys - those were miserable and I was cussing Julia and anyone else who made eye contact with me.

SSB narrow box squat – work up to a moderate set of 6 and do 3-4 sets: 365
SSB seated good-mornings – 3x8, don’t go crazy: 185
Chest supported or hammer row – 4x10…. The last set do 10 reps, rest 10 seconds, do another 6-10 (10) rest 15 seconds, do another 6-10 (8): 115
Standing hamstring curl – 3x10 each: 35
Pulsed lunges – 3x20, 15, 10, continuous… so do 20 right leg, 20 left, 15 right, 15 left, 10 right, 10 left. Just bodyweight
