Lower Volume - SSB

First lower body conditioning/volume day in a long while. I actually can't even remember the last time I've had to do 10+ reps for squats. They felt fine weight wise, but awful in the pit of my belly. I'll get used to it, but it sucked today.  I almost feel embarrassed that three sets of 10 is volume work for me, but again, I'm not used to it. Yeah fine I'll suck it up.
