It looks like I'm going to have to postpone my annual Thanksgiving prowler mile this year because I need to work up to something heavy on tugs before I start my next block of programming next week.  Today I felt like total butt and tomorrow I won't be able to do it because of family stuff, so maybe after I finish up this semester in a few weeks.  Today was the lower body equivalent of yesterday - just playing around with some stuff.
