I spent a little extra time warming up my tspine today, specifically working on some rotation work, and found that my arch was better than its been in months. I was able to get into a really good position, set my hips better, and felt really locked in. The weight moved fast and easy as a result. I know what I'm going to be adding in to my warm ups from now on.
