Other than having a wrist wrap emergency (My metal wraps got soaked by accident and my training partner thankfully let me use his), this was overall a pretty great session. We had a big group of strong benchers and a few of us were going heavy. I was really happy with how my heavier singles went and my amrap at 195. I told myself I would be happy with 10 reps, and I got 11, but the fact that I couldn't lock out that 12th rep will haunt me for a while.
