Main Bench - Not perfect, but got through it

Mondays are always rushed for me, clients all morning, half hour break to eat/warm up, bench, then more clients all evening. It usually ends up being a 12+ hour day. Today my break was taken away by a meeting so I had no time between work and training. I walk from my meeting to the bench, work mode in my head, and knew I didn't have as much time as usual to train so I was feeling rushed. I had a hard time shaking that feeling and had a few hiccups with my main bench work. I got through it with all my limbs intact so I guess I can't complain.
