Main bench - Volume sucks

I always get frustrated when I don't reach the top number in my rep range, and I've been feeling like I've been missing the top reps in my last few weeks of bench training. Thinking back, I'm consistently lighter than I have been in previous cycles, the weights are getting higher and higher, I'm working far more than usual (recovery), and I could definitely get tighter in my setup. On one end I think 'f*ck I suck', on the other end, I'm grateful that I know what I need to do to get better. There's room to grow and thats what will keep me moving forward.
