Main Deadlift - Deficits - 2/24/2018 - With Video

I was a bit anxious starting this training session because I was running late, and I hate running late. After things got moving I felt better and had a pretty good training session. I'm really happy with how strong I'm feeling right now. I'm enjoying having more sessions where I get to push myself, it's a good feeling. As much as deficits can be all sorts of humbling, I'm finding them easier again. 315 moved really well, the only thing I think I need to work on a bit is setting my shoulders at the initial pull.
