I spent the first half of the day volunteering and participating in the Ottawa Walk For PKD. It was great to help out and be around family for a great cause, but left me tired for training. It took me lots of extra caffeine and ammonia to get this training session in, but I got my shit together in time for the important work. I had to get both deadlift training and light bench work in since I had to push training back earlier this week for a family reason.

This was overall a really fun session, especially once all my carbs and caffeine finally kicked in during accessory work and I felt like I was a gladiator.
