Since the long weekend messed my schedule up, I had to do my squats at Goodlife. Other than the rack being either too low or a smidge too high, I didn't have any issues. I settled for squatting the bar out of the rack so I could still wedge myself into the bar and get tighter. This was my first time with 300 on my back since the meet, and I didn't realize at the time, but it was also a rep pr. I'm feeling pretty strong right now, taking time off competing seems to be a good call so far.
