Main Squat - Tues

Second week of higher volume work and I'm slowly getting more accustomed to it. Today both sucked and was fun at the same time. It's nice to have a new challenge, my heart pounds, and I get to go to a special place that keeps me going when I want to stop, on the other hand, it's fucking hard. I know I still have some room in me to push harder over the next few weeks, and it'll be fun to see how far I can push myself mentally and physically with volume work.
