I've been increasing the weight on my squats by about 10-15 lbs every week since getting back into training.  The focus right now is on dialing in my technique, and making sure to stay pain free.
Last week, Steve noted that my squats were too 'snappy', so I worked on keeping my reps more controlled.

I have a love/hate relationship with lunges. I asked Steve to program these in because I love the way they make my hips/legs feel after, but boy do they burn
