Monday was my first bench workout back, and I was looking forward to getting back to it. Only problem is that I've been doing some grip work on my off days, and I think I overdid it a bit because my forearms and elbows were a little inflamed.
So I decided to work up in the Metal catapult to protect my ams somewhat.
I made it up to 455, with isn't a pr, but is fine for right now. I probably shouldn't even be working up right after a meet, but I was itching to get back.
I did some pulldowns and rope extensions for my assistance, but I kept it quick because both my wife and kid were sick and I wanted to get home quickly to help out.
