This session was a reverse band bench with an average band.

I didn't have a pr for this one (at least not an easily accessible one) so I just worked up until I knew that was all I had.

Made it up to 425 which I knew was it, so I moved on to assistance, which consisted of 4 sets of 10 on the shrug machine, 4 sets of 10 chest supported rows, 4 sets of 15 on the dip machine and 4 sets of 15 rope triceps extensions.

A few days later, I hit the gym again for some ab and lower back stuff. Nothing too exciting, just some back extensions, ab machine stuff, planks and dumbbell side bends.
