*11 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today's movements were 5x3 for Paused Floor Press followed by Max Triples on 5" Pin Press and upper body accessories. I wasn't able to do the past few weeks of floor press/pin press training because of a strained pec, but now I'm back at it..

These are two movements I've always struggled with, so I'll be hammering variations of them over the next 11 weeks till meet time.

A1. Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown - 5x12

A2. Light Incline Dumbbell Bench - 5x15

B. Paused Floor Press - 5x3 w/ 285lbs

C. 5" Pin Press - Max triples up to 325lbs

D1. Lateral Cable Shoulder Raise - 3x12

D2. One-Arm Dumbbell Rows (dead stop on floor) - 3x12

E1. Tricep Cable Pushdowns - 3x15

E3. Dumbbell Curls - 3x15
