15 Weeks from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic
Last week I was in New Orleans for a work conference (2015 Athletic Business) and decided to push together my max effort days early in the week and take the rest of the week off. I've been worn out and knew I needed to force myself to take a break for a few days while I was down there. This was my first day back in the gym after last week and used FatGripz Floor Press (to mimic a fat bar press) for max effort. Overall it went well, this wasn't the strongest I've been on that movement but it was a good strain before focusing on assistance work. Next week I rotate back to volume.
A1. Face Pulls - 3x15
A2. Pushups - 3x15
B. Floor Press w/ FatGripz - Triples up to 305lbs, then singles to 335lbs

C. Incline Dumbbell Press - 3x8 w/ 100lb dumbbells
D. Seated Machine Low Row - 4x10
E. Lat Pulldown - 3x12
F1. Med Ball Tricep Pushdown on Assisted Pullup Machine - 4x12
F2. Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 3x20
