*3 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

This max effort movement was floor press triples with a lot of work-up sets leading up to 405x3. Overall things went well, I'll be interested to see how my recent focus on floor presses and pin presses carries over to my shirted bench next week. I was happy to hit a rep PR after doing multiple sets at each work-up weight.

Notes for Improvement: Keep wrists straight, lats tight.
