Friday Squats at the S4 compound always makes my legs hurt, I always seem to gravitate to the Super Squat machine as I don't have one at home and it always kills my quads!

After squatting I was asked by Clint Darden to show some kettlebell moves to a couple who came in for the seminar. I spent the next 45 minutes teaching kettlebells and getting my sweat on !
