Incline bench is always tough on the shoulders. It must be trained to help out the upper chest. Just kidding. I only do it when I don't want to flat bench. This day was great day.

Worked up to 185x5 but my worthless phone is messing its way to the trash can. The video of 185 turned into a black box with a white check mark in it. I did get 175 video.

  2. Single arm DB press 35x3x30
  3. Decline push UPS 5x15
  4. Pulls UPS 5x5
  5. Rope cable triceps 100x5x12
  6. Low row wide pulls 3x30
  7. Wide late pulls 3x30
  8. Lateral 50 reps

20min: 1min run/1min walk

Its days like these that make you think of why you started. Never taking for granted for a painless training session. Moving the bar in a straight line, actually feeling some what strong. Its years, decades and decades of hard work. buts its worth it!
