My day, ME upper aka Jp beats everybody on bench. Also, Lou tossed a doozy of a contest out- raw bench straight weight touch and go. I giggled time to win, again.

Longish story shortened, I whooped everyone by I believe 60 lbs. I hit a strenuous 590, but being ten pounds off from my best- while peaked and increased sups, I'll take that all damn day.

My bench has been feeling amazing, I attribute that to keeping some body weight on after the Arnold, I usually take about 50 pounds off and decided not this summer.

I plan to compete again so I want to just train in my leverages and not adjusting every week.

Just want to keep this ball rolling.
