I have been squatting with one of my best friends since we were kids, Nick, on Fridays. He saw my setup on Instagram from my DE squat session earlier in the week and wanted to do the same thing. So, I agreed and we worked up to a heavy single.

The band set up really adds a lot at the top, so that 405 felt pretty heavy, but moved surprisingly well. I have been using the thicker new elitefts knee sleeves and have felt great squatting lately.

Next week I plan to take a heavier wrapped single.
