After an extremely great bench round. Dead lifts came quickly. I was tired and hadn't had much slept in a few days. Everything felt light but I felt heavy sluggish and beat up. The show must go on. I kept repeating in my head. Show up and Perform!

I didn't train with sleep , its not an excuse.  Just another day of dead lifting with no sleep, pick up the bar with speed, squeeze everything and pull hard. Its only 3 times, 3 attempts to do 3 dead lifts the best I can.
