APF State meet December 15, 2019

Training

Typically on a de-load day, the first training session feels terrible, well this was no exception, lol. I could not keep any of my reps consistent which was SUPER frustrating! you will hear in my voice what I was trying to work on the most during this session. Coming off my back injury and feeling good I was expecting good movement patterns throughout which was not the case, oh well, as long as the rest of the de-load week is smooth sailing ill be good, I'm more worried about the upcoming weight cut
