Weight is still dropping, I am fluctuating about 5lbs of water from bed time till I wake up, this morning I was at a measly 183. Hopefully when we pull the salt and decrease the water I won't have to do any hot baths or drop and meals and walk in weighing right on the money. I am confident cause my nutrition coach has been spot on thus far, my stress is down and there are plenty of fail safe ways to lose one lb and still be able to feel good by days end if I am slightly heavy come weigh-ins on Friday.
