-Both were legitimately difficult. I think my triceps are still on vacation. Bench always seems to drop harder and faster than squats or deads when you're not doing them regularly.

-I haven't done any overhead pressing in years. These weren't difficult other than having mobility issues getting under and holding the bar. I stuck with this weight because I was training with my client and that was enough for both of us.
