Same story ladies and gents. Too many hours worked and extremely little sleep. I mean almost 4 days with only about 10 hrs of sleep. This is just how my life is at the moment , its only temporary. When my clients say I don't have time , I laugh, hard!

The goal was 360 for 6 however the forth rep was to strained and out in front of my. My hips are still an issue. Not one rep did I feel one rep with the use of my legs. Nobody was home. Ekkkkkkkk!!!!
