I finished up squats feeling ok, but as soon as I went to pull I got extremely light headed. Then my stomach started killing me. Naturally I listened to my body and shut it down.
One thing I have to take into consideration is inflammation. My gut is already inflamed. Training induces inflammation. So training back to back days may have been part of the problem.
